Product

Software, hardware, and ops — one stack.

Traditional photoboxes are props. SnapStacX is an Intelligent Photo Experience: a living, configurable system that brands can actually run a campaign through.

Modular guest flows

Assemble welcome, quiz, camera, AI, payment, print, and more per event. Reorder or drop steps without shipping a new build.

AI photo experiences

Face-swap, costume change, and generative templates — with a 60-second target and a retry path if generation misses.

Brand-deep theming

Frames, colors, type, copy, and backgrounds come from the dashboard. The kiosk never hardcodes a client’s look.

Cloud operations

Multi-org, multi-event console: live guest data, photo archive, devices, and remote config — without a kiosk rebuild.

Print + portal

On-site 4×6 thermal print when the event calls for it, plus a QR to a branded guest portal for download and share.

PhotoBOT hardware

Interactive robotic booth stack — camera, lighting, sensors, audio, and print — operated as a managed service.

Platform

Three surfaces. One experience.

Kiosk

The booth app

A kiosk at the venue. Guests tap through a flow you designed: capture, engage, generate, print. Same app version on every unit, photos saved even if the network blips.

Cloud

The operator console

Configure branding, modules, AI, payments, and devices without a redeploy. Monitor the event, export the archive, hand the data to the client.

Guest

The result portal

A branded web page behind the QR on the result screen. Guests download their keep. You keep the relationship after they leave the booth.

How it runs

From brief to booth to handover.

  1. 01

    Brief the experience

Theme, modules, AI looks, print, and data capture — scoped to the event, not the firmware.

  2. 02

    Configure in the cloud

Operators assemble the flow and assets in the dashboard. No code, no kiosk rebuild.

  3. 03

    Deploy on site

The kiosk fetches event config, runs the guest flow, and prints when the event requires it.

  4. 04

    Hand over the archive

Photos, guest records, and exports land with the client. Guests keep a portal link.

Use cases

Built for teams who sell the moment, then own the data.

Brand activations

Campaign-specific looks, product holds, and data capture that belongs to the brief — not a generic booth skin.

Agencies

Stand up a new event flow per client without a custom app. Reuse the stack, swap the world.

Venues & festivals

Repeatable PhotoBOT operations across nights and sites, with content drops that bring people back.
